The Sponsor’s name and logo will be prominently displayed at the conference venue on the main backdrop as well as on the sponsor’s panel in the exhibition area. Sponsor’s logo will be provided at the lunch venue, and the Sponsor’s name will be printed on the Conference Programme. Free entry to the conference for ten special invitees. The sponsor’s literature will be inserted in the delegate kit.

CONFERENCE PUBLICATION (CD-ROM)
The CD-ROM carries a complete list and profiles of the exhibitors at the event, conference papers and presentations of the speakers, archives of the media coverage and details of the event including sponsors, co-organisers and supporting associations and agencies. 2000 copies of the CD-ROM are sent out to VIPs, conference delegates and speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, co-organisers and supporting trade associations after the event. The sponsor’s name and logo will be carried on the CD cover and the index page, and corporate profile included in the content. A powerful medium of advertising because it is retained as a product reference and frequently referred to by the high-profile recipients.
