Individual Sponsorships


Industry Reception
Rs. 2,50,000 / US$ 6,000
The Industry Reception facilitates interaction amongst the government officials, industry, trade and the press, ensuring premium visibility. The Sponsor's name and logo will be printed on the invitations. The Sponsor's name will be displayed on a panel at the venue. The Sponsor will also get an opportunity to address the gathering at the reception.

Exhibition Invitations
Rs. 60,000 / US$1,500 (Two sponsors)
Sponsor the 10,000 exhibition invitations, which are delivered and/ or mailed all over the world to the committed professionals of the industry. The Sponsor's name and logo will be printed on the card with a brief company profile.

Visitor Registration Counter
Rs. 1,00,000 / US$ 2,500
Sponsor's name and logo will be displayed on the fascia, on a banner at the back of the counter and on two panels on either side of the counter. Sponsor's name will also be printed on the visitor registration forms. 10,000 are mailed prior to the event in addition to those completed at the counter during the show.

Floor Plan
Rs. 50,000 / US$ 1,250 (Two sponsors)
The Floor Plan, a vital aid for all invitees, exhibitors, visitors and attendees is distributed free at the venue. It shows location of specific booths at the site and contains the complete exhibitor list. The Sponsor's booth will be highlighted on the plan and the Sponsor's logo and name will be printed on the front and back of the floor plan.

Show Update
Rs. 80,000 / US$ 1,800 (Two sponsors)
Mailed to a 10,000 strong database, the Show Update gives latest news about the event to the exhibitors and visitors. One Full page A4 size promotional space will be provided to the Sponsor.

Conference tea/coffee & lunch
Rs. 1,00,000 / US$ 2,500 (per day) (Three sponsors)
An ideal opportunity to interact with conference attendees in an informal setting. Two banners bearing the Sponsor's logo will be provided at the lunch venue, and the Sponsor's name will be printed on the Conference Program. The Sponsor's literature will be included in the conference kit.

Conference Kit
Rs. 1,50,000 / US$ 3,500
The conference kit is distributed to all conference attendees. The Sponsor's name and logo will be printed on the bags, pens and pads. The Sponsor's literature will be included in the conference kit.

Speaker & Chairperson Mementos
Rs. 50,000 / US$ 1,200
Souvenirs are distributed at the end of every session to the chairperson and all the speakers. Each souvenir will be inscribed with the Sponsor company's logo. These souvenirs are retained and displayed by the high-profile receivers and the sponsorship receives lasting quality prominence.

Plan-to-Visit
Rs. 50,000 / US$ 1,200 (Two sponsors)
The plan to visit gives the conference programme in detail along with the exhibitor list, supports, etc., and is mailed to 10,000 exhibitors, visitors & delegates. One Full page A4 size promotional space will be provided to the sponsor.

Visitor Badges

Over 10,000 visitor badges, bearing the Sponsor company's name & logo will be distributed & constantly worn by every visitor to the exhibition on all days. This will ensure continuous visibility for your company during the exhibition.

Show Directory Carry Bag
Rs. 1,00,000 / US$ 2,500
The Carry bag for the Show Directory is distributed to visitors, press persons and exhibitors. The Sponsor company's name & logo will be printed on both sides of the bag. This medium guarantees visibility at the venue and after the event.

Lanyard for Badges
Rs. 1,00,000 / US$ 2,500
A novel and colourful medium to display your company logo and name. The lanyards will be distributed to all the visitors and used for wearing the visitor and delegate badges throughout the events.

In Hall Display Banners 4-Colours

Size of banners will be 5m x 1.5m. The banner will include the exhibition logo and the Sponsor's name and logo.
