This is a
non-residential programme. |

|
Due to
limited seating, confirmation of delegates are on a first come-first
serve basis only. |
|
| 3 |
|
Delegates
will only be confirmed against full payment of conference fees.
|
|
| 4 |
|
In case of
cheque payments, delegates need to ensure that the payment is made
at least 7 days prior to the Conference, failing which only a DD
would be acceptable. Only Cash/DD/Credit cards will be accepted at
the conference venue. |

| 5 |
|
Fees
include participation charges, Delegate Kit, Lunch & Tea at the
Conference venue only. |
|
| 6 |
|
Fees do not
include any accommodation or travel or any other incidental costs
incurred by the Delegate. |
|
| 7 |
|
Delegates
are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. The
Organizers or the Hotel Management shall not be held responsible for
any stolen or missing items belonging to Delegates, Speakers or
Attendees. |

|
On
confirmation, delegates will be provided with a badge and delegate
kit against their signed acceptance of the same. Delegate Badges
issued are “non-transferable”. The organizers reserve the right to
disallow a confirmed delegate from transferring his/ her badge to
any other person. |

Delegates
are requested to display these badges at all times. Please note that
delegates will not be allowed to enter the conference halls without
these badges . |

Proper care
must be taken by each delegate to ensure against loss/misplacement
of badges and kits as no duplicate or replacement will be issued.

|
Organizers
will not take cognizance of payments in transit and under no
circumstances will credit of any sort be extended to attending
delegates. There are no refunds against "absence/no shows" for the
conference. |
