Prem Behl, Chairman Exhibitions India Group

A veteran businessman with 43 years experience, Mr. Prem Behl is the Chairman & Managing Director of the Exhibitions India Group, pioneers in organizing international exhibitions and conferences in India. He was employed with Indian and international corporations for over 20 years before launching Exhibitions India group in the mid 80’s.

Mr. Behl maintains professional memberships with a large number of trade associations and business councils.

Owing to his global affiliations, Mr. Prem Behl and Exhibitions India Group have been appointed as Consultants to the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and to the State of Ohio (USA).

Mr. Behl is currently a member of the Asian Exhibitions Council (AEC) and of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE). He is also the General Secretary of the Indian Exhibition Industry Association (IEIA).

Mr. Behl is an Independent Director of Intex Technologies (India) Limited., and B.A.G Films & Media Limited.

Mr. Behl is a Past President of the Indo – American Chamber of Commerce. As an active member of the Indo – American Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Behl was instrumental in spearheading the prestigious annual Indo – US Economic Summit, for two consecutive years as the Chairman & Co – Chairman during 2006 & 2007 respectively.
