Sponsor's name and logo will be displayed on the fascia, on a banner at the back of the counter and on two panels on either side of the counter. Sponsor's name will also be printed on the visitor registration forms, which are mailed prior to the event in addition to those completed at the counter during the show.

Conference tea/coffee & lunch

An ideal opportunity to interact with conference attendees in an informal setting. Two banners bearing the Sponsor's logo will be provided at the lunch venue, and the Sponsor's name will be printed on the Conference Program. The Sponsor's literature will be included in the conference kit.

The plan to visit gives the conference programme in detail along with the exhibitor list, supports, etc., and is mailed to the exhibitors, visitors & delegates in India & abroad. One Full page A4 size promotional space will be provided to the sponsor.

The Sponsor company's name & logo will be printed on the badges and are constantly worn by every delegate & visitor to the exhibition on all days. This will ensure continuous visibility for your company during the exhibition.

Sponsor and increase your exposure among a technically qualified and targeted audience. The Conference Publication is retained as a reference manual after the conference. The sponsor’s logo along with a brief profile will be included on the back cover of the CD. Circulation 500.

Advertise in the exhibition Show Directory to increase the flow of visitors to your booth. The Show Directory is retained as a product reference and guide after the event and is distributed to government officials, associations, media etc. for promotion for the next event. Circulation 5,000.
